I work in a Magnet designated hosital in New Jersey. How ANCC 2010 Magnet Conference "virtual posters" are related to a Magnet designated Hospitals, and what message it gives and who is the target audience for the poster's message.

I also work in a Magnet hospital in NJ. Found the virtual posters a great way to participate in a poster session for a conference I won't be attending. Also great way to see what hospitals around the country are doing.
His posters are available in the 2010 session the National Conference ANCC magnet virtual screen to see the virtual world which is valid until October, see the meeting.
